Customer Success Manager
Location: Scottsdale, AZ Department: Client Services
The Customer Success Manager will help with on-boarding new customers, ensuring they're taking advantage of everything the product has to offer, and helping them optimize their field service operation using the AgileField platform. This role is responsible for the entire post-sales lifecycle including on-boarding new customers, providing post-implementation support, driving rapid adoption, reducing churn, surfacing up-sell opportunities, and ensuring complete client satisfaction. The Customer Success Manager will be a strong advocate for AgileField while also serving as the customer's voice to help us take advantage of every opportunity to improve our product and make clients' experiences better every day.
Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Scottsdale, AZ Department: Engineering
QA Engineer will work as part of a software engineering team responsible for developing and operating a high quality cloud services platform for Field Service Management. The position will be part of a team that develops, modifies, and executes software test plans; analyzes and writes test standards and procedures; maintains documentation of results; and works closely with development engineers in the resolution of problems. This position will utilize modern test tools and processes to deliver software compliant with a range of software development standards.
Account Executive
Location: Scottsdale, AZ Department: Sales
Account Executive is responsible for selling AgileField solutions to prospective customers. Using a consultative sales approach and critical thinking skills, the successful candidate will create and cultivate relationships to build and maintain customers for life. The Account Executive will work with all AgileField departments including Client Services, Product, Engineering, and Channel Partnerships to anticipate and exceed customer expectations.
